At Hillsong Music Australia, I managed the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Department, overseeing global distribution channels in major cities like Sydney, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, and London. Previously, at Hillsong Church's Waterloo Campus, I organized volunteers for the Resource Centre, managed stock levels, and trained new staff while managing the digital content distribution ensuring timely delivery of new releases to global distributors.
